Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

All domestic shipping are free of charge for purchases of CAD 300 and up. 

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders of CAD 300 and up within 20km (12.4274 miles). For orders under CAD 300, we charge CAD 20 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout or via email to notify you on the day of our arrival. 

Pick Up

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 16 Starkweather Street, Aurora, ON, Canada. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up. The pick-up orders are ready 2-4 business days after you make your purchase. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Please bring your confirmation email and a photo ID.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. 

Customs, Duties and Taxes: Dee Arte is not responsible for any customs and additional taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
