Meet the artist

Art has always been a big part of Diane’s life from a very early age. Growing up in a household where art was expressed in all its forms, as a child she started dreaming of a career in everything art related, she just wanted to create. Her father use to teach her all she had to know on Jazz, Blues, Soul and Classical music, but he never knew Diane fell so much in love with Art that at 15 years old she started secretly singing in a jazz club. It wasn’t long after that she discover her passion for writing, writing music, writing poems, writing novels... Highly gifted, she never took a class to learn the skills she has, but she faced a lot of challenges to make her vision seen. Until she found painting. Connected with the musicality of life and the unknown, painting only came naturally to her. It gave her a platform to tell her story. A canvas to draw her song with colors. A blank page to create another world.

A Canadian artist, who was born in Cameroon, grew up in France and lived around the world. Diane’s life and art are greatly influenced by all these locations and cultures. When she paint she expresses all that she knows and she explores all she is yet to know. She connects with who people are, what they feel and need. From acrylic to resin, she mastered the liquid to give you beauty, personality, luxury and abstraction in its entirety.
